Il 7 novembre 2008 ho inviato ad Apple alcune mie idee e disegni relativi all’abbandono del mouse con l’inserimento dentro o fuori della tastiera di una trackpad,  la data si può facilmente ricavare dalla prima pagina del Corriere della Sera che si vede in fotografia. Inviando queste idee e disegni ad Apple, il sottoscritto chiedeva, qualora l’Azienda avesse voluto servirsene, di avere come riconoscimento un computer iMac o un Macbook Pro. Purtroppo però nessuna risposta ho mai ricevuto! Vedere però che le mie idee sono state messe in pratica e non aver ricevuto nemmeno un grazie, mi ha costretto a scrivere queste righe per avere almeno come riconoscimento, la comunicazione al mondo della proprietà intellettuale della creazione del trackpad per i computer desktop. Se Apple dovesse leggere queste righe, sappia che è ancora in tempo a soddisfare le mie infime richieste. Dear Steve, dear Jonathan

I’m an old italian man that loves your computers. My first Apple was an Apple II C and after   I had almost all new entry in your Computer Line.
In this way I lived all Macintosh changes and I saw disappear the floppy disk and even the DVD into the mac book air; in the middle I saw many new inventions that Apple has given the world and put your company excellence in all fields who decides to tap. I’m Mac User and also the Ambassador and chairman of an aug, the CALMUG. I thought giving my contribution with one of my inventions that will retire the old mouse.
The inspiration came to me when I saw the new MacBook with multitouch trackpad and then I said, ‘why not make a keyboard with trackpad and use it instead of the mouse on computer desktops too? “. I asked to my brother Cesare to draw my ideas, and I sent drawings to you with the hope  you will realize it in the future. In this case I don’t want money, I trust your generosity in order to have a new MacBook Pro or an iMac 24 ” .
